Bill Quigley is the Legal Director of the Center for Constitutional Rights. He will give us his thoughts on whether the naming of the special federal prosecutor will make a difference.
 
Candace Gorman is a local attorney who represents some of the Guantanamo detainees. She gave up her Chicago law practice out of fear that the government was tapping her phone.
